Lucy Coach Tennis starts to offer its Services when users accept this Agreement by registering on our website. We can decide to be more flexible in applying our rules. Withdrawal Lucy Coach Tennis and users could terminate this Agreement with 4 months’ notice. In case of withdrawal, Lucy Coach Tennis will cancel the account and any status associated with this account. Rates User’s rate for our Services is $6000 plus taxes for 12 months. Upon expiry, our service will be renewed automatically for another 12 months and in case of unwillingness to renew it. We can change our rates from time to time and in this case, we will post these changes on our website or in the Messages section of Lucy coach Tennis 14 days before this change will be effective. If users do not intend to accept the new rates, users can close their account through a registered letter with return receipt to the Company without consequences within 14 days of the notification of the rate’s change. The user is required to offer a valid payment method. If their payment method is invalid or the payment terms have expired, we have the right to use other procedures to collect fees due (including billing through other payment methods, the use of debt collection companies and legal consultants). Videos of single starts are sold at the sum of $6000 plus tax . 5- Confidentiality Clause Pursuant to art. 13 D. Lgs. 196/03 and the GDPR legislation, the client the declares to consent to the processing of the player's personal data. Art. 6 -Disputes. This Agreement is governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without effecting its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding relating to this Agreement or any documents related thereto will be brought exclusively in the courts of the State of Florida located in Glade Rd. Boca Raton (FL) and each Party agrees to itself and its properties in a general and unconditional manner, the jurisdiction of the aforementioned courts. Each party agrees that personal jurisdiction may be obtained over each of them by sending a summons by registered or certified mail, with acknowledgment of receipt, within or outside the jurisdiction of such court, or by personal service, provided that reasonable time is allowed for appearance.
